100% Taslan nylon water repellent shell, lightweight sweatshirt fleece lining on body and hood; open bottom hem with drawcord and toggle, elastic cuffs with adjustable Velcro strap, locker loop; slash pockets, inside chest pocket with Velcro closure. No drawstring at hood.
